Existing SCI/Combo/TRI Members

1. Click on "My Account" and then click "Create Account".
2. Follow the steps to create an account. 
3. Your membership may already be linked to your account by our system automatically matching it to your contact info. 
   • To check this, click on your name at the top and then click "Profile"
   • You should now be on the profile page. Click on the "Memberships" tab with the card icon next to it below. 
   • If your membership is listed there, then there is nothing more to do. Your membership is linked to your account. 
4. If your membership is not linked to your account, 
   • Click the "Find my Membership" button. You will be brought to a page to locate your membership. 
   • Simply enter in your membership ID in the box to locate your membership. 
     • Your membership ID can be found on your digital card. If your cannot find your membership ID, please contact our membership team by emailing [email protected] or calling 515-274-6868 ext. 4. 
   • Click on Locate Membership, and you will be brought to a confirmation screen that shows your info. 
   • You will have to do a verification that the membership is yours through Email or SMS (text). 
   • After you complete the verification, your membership should be linked to your account.
