We Are Travelers (June 3-7)

Explore the world by traveling to different countries to learn about their geography, culture, and stories.

STEM Learning Goals: Campers will have an increased understanding of geography and ecology.

We Are Naturalists (June 10-14)

Come learn about the magical world of plants and animals that exists in your own backyard.

STEM Learning Goals: Campers will gain an increased understanding of the biology of different organisms native to Iowa. 

We Are Coders (June 17-21)

How is coding like language? Do bees send each other messages? Learn to see the code all around us in this coding-themed week. Science Center Pre-K camps are half-day experiences and you must be potty-trained to attend.

We Are Meteorologists (June 24-28)

Come and learn about what makes our weather happen from rainy days to blustery thunderstorms.

STEM Learning Goals: Campers will gain a better understanding of different types of weather and what causes them.

We Are Storytellers (July 8-12)

Help stories come to life and learn to become your own storyteller.

STEM Learning Goals: Campers will learn about the process of storytelling and use engineering skills to help characters from different stories.  

We Are Chefs (July 15th-19th)

Did you know all cooking involves chemistry? Discover together how adding heat to different foods creates a delicious reaction. Science Center Pre-K camps are half-day experiences and you must be potty-trained to attend.
